Wintergreen Couch

Wintergreen Couch is very resilient and ‘bounces back’ (self-repairs) rapidly – making it an ideal turf for residential lawns with children and dogs, and high-traffic areas like parks and gardens, recreation areas, sports ovals and roadsides.

It needs 5-6 hours direct sunlight per day and likes a regular mow to keep it short. It is soft and smooth, with good disease and pest resistance. With a fine, mid-green leaf, the turf retains its colour in colder months (when looked after correctly) and salt tolerance makes it a good choice for coastal areas.

Sapphire Buffalo

A beautiful deep-green turf with subtle blue hues, Sapphire Buffalo produces standout lawns that are soft underfoot.

With its fast runner growth, it recovers quickly from wear and tear. It performs well in shade (tolerating up to 70% cover) and its dense root system improves drought tolerance compared to other commercial Buffalos.

Highly resistant to cold, it maintains excellent winter colour and is known to grow quickly after transplanting and needs slightly less mowing than other Buffalo varieties.

It requires less mowing than many other varieties (including Couch, Buffalo and Kikuyu) and produces low seed head, a common irritant. It also delivers looks and comfort – with an evergreen colour (winter and summer) and soft underfoot feel.
