Return Policy

Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted 24 hours prior to delivery. Any orders cancelled or quantities decreased after the minimum 24 hour cancellation period will be invoiced to customer unless agreed to by Razor Australia Pty Ltd trading as Roberts Turf Supplies.

Payment

Orders must be paid for in full at time of ordering unless agreed to by Razor Australia Pty Ltd trading as Roberts Turf Supplies management or in the case of account holders. All product delivered as ordered is the property of Razor Australia Pty Ltd trading as Roberts Turf Supplies until paid for in full.

Delivery

Turf delivered to site will be dropped on the nature strip if safe to do so. Any instruction to drop within the property will be done at own risk and if our truck driver considers this safe for himself and others and/or the property. Any damage caused to property which incur costs will be at the homeowners and/or contractors expense.

We endeavour to get all orders to our customers on time, however, at times, circumstances beyond our control ie. bad weather or traffic conditions, may cause delays with your order. Razor Australia Pty Ltd trading as Roberts Turf Supplies will not be liable for such delays. We will inform you of revised delivery time if necessary.

It is the responsibility of the person on site receiving the delivery to check the order is correct before the truck leaves. If an order is found to be incorrect and the truck has to return, this will be charged out at the usual delivery fee to that area to the relevant person.

Your turf will be dropped on the specified delivery day and should be layed the same day or discolouration may occur, particularly in hot weather. Razor Australia Pty Ltd trading as Roberts Turf Supplies will deliver turf to your site in a healthy condition and will not be liable in any way for delays in laying, lack of water or proper care.
